This article explains how to add, edit, or remove administrator access in Forma Admin.
Note: Only administrators with the Owner role can manage permissions for other admin users.

Add, edit, or remove an admin user
- Log in to Forma Admin.
- From the left navigation menu, select Settings.
- Select User permissions.
From the User permissions page, you can:
a. Add a new user: Select Add user.
b. Edit an existing user's permissions: Hover over the area to the right of Last login, then select Edit.
c. Remove a user: Hover over the area to the right of Last login, then select Remove access.
Add a new admin user
- Select Add user.
- Enter the user's email address.
- Select the appropriate access role.
- If applicable, choose whether the user can edit bank settings.
- Select Add user to save your changes.
Note: Users whose email addresses are not included in your demographics file (such as distribution lists or file vendors) are automatically classified as External Users.

What happens next?
After a user is added, updated, or removed, Forma automatically sends an email notification to the affected user.
