Forma Admin is where you manage the benefits you offer to your employees through Forma. To learn more, see Forma Admin 101: Resources & Tools.
Access Forma Admin with Email + Password
After access is granted, you'll receive an email similar to the one below, containing a link to log into Forma Admin and set your password.
There are two ways to log in to Forma Admin:
- Go to https://admin.joinforma.com/signin directly
- Or go to https://www.joinforma.com/ and hover over “Log in” and select "Employer sign in."
If you forget your password, click "Forget Password?" and enter your work email. Instructions for resetting your password will be sent to your email.
Access Forma Admin using SSO
If your company chooses to use Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Forma Admin, please work with your Forma team to complete the initial setup.
After setup is complete and the Forma Admin "owners" have been identified, request that your Forma team provision those users in the system. For more information on Forma Admin roles, refer to Role-Based Access Levels.
Once user provisioning is complete, the designated users will be able to access Forma Admin via SSO.

Enter your work email address, and the system will redirect you to your SSO provider to securely complete the sign-in process.
