The Active Employees graph in Forma Admin is a helpful tool for tracking engagement with your post-tax programs. It's designed to show the percentage of eligible employees who are actively using a specific program—where active means the employee has submitted a claim, used their Forma Card, or made a Forma Store purchase tied to that program.
To get the most accurate insights from this graph, it’s important to understand how the data is currently calculated and what updates are on the way.
🔍 To View the Graph Accurately
Before reviewing the data, make sure to:
- Apply the appropriate filters.
The graph is filter-dependent. It will only reflect accurate data once relevant filters (such as date range, account type, or country) are selected. - Drill into specific account data.
This graph shows account-specific information, so make sure you’re viewing it in the context of a particular benefit or wallet.
📌 Important Notes on How Data Is Calculated
- “Total Eligible” reflects current eligibility only.
The number shown under "Total Eligible" represents the number of employees currently eligible, not the number who were eligible during the selected time range. - Funding rules are not yet included.
At this time, the graph includes any employee located in an eligible country, regardless of your program’s funding rules. This means employees who may not actually be funded (due to company-specific eligibility criteria) are still counted.
🚧 What’s Changing
Forma is actively working to improve this graph to:
- Display a snapshot of eligible employees during the selected time period, rather than just the current count.
- Apply your specific funding rules, including which employees are included based on country eligibility.
⚠️ Note: These changes will apply moving forward only and will not be retroactive.
