Designated file contact(s) will receive an email notification when a pre-tax file is processed. The notification email will include company name, file name, file type, and number of records processed.
You can add, edit, or remove file contacts directly by logging into Forma Admin > Settings > Contacts.
- The pre-tax file you uploaded to Forma was processed successfully > all records were successfully processed.
- Your pre-tax file was processed successfully but with a few things to review > The file has zero errors but did generate warnings that require your attention. An issue file will be attached to the email and will display the warning. NOTE: All records are processed, including those with warnings.
- Action required: Correct errors and re-upload pre-tax file > The file has at least 1 error and may contain warnings too. An issue file will be attached to the email and will display the errors and warnings.
