Contribution files usually come from your payroll system. If you are not able to provide the contributions files, you can choose to enable the auto-deposit feature on Forma, which allows the system to automatically deposit the contributions into employee’s pre-tax accounts on a scheduled date.
You can set up one auto-deposit calendar per benefit type. Currently Forma cannot accommodate separate calendars for different pay frequencies (ex: cannot set up weekly and semi-monthly deposit cadences for transit benefit).
HSA contributions cannot be funded with auto-deposit, they must be funded using a contributions file.
