We recommend sending files weekly to ensure the data in Forma's system is up-to-date. We can accomodate demographics file uploads more or less frequently depending on the situation. For example, If the volume of changes are large, daily files might be more appropriate. If the volume of changes are minimal, bi-weekly or monthly may work for you.
