Demographic file updates should be consistently reflected in the scheduled files sent to Forma via SFTP or uploaded through Forma Admin. Regularly providing accurate data ensures that employee information remains current.
Please note that any manual updates made in Forma Admin will be overwritten unless they are also updated in the demographics file.
