All employees included in your employer-sponsored demographics file are eligible to participate in all Forma benefits. Any employee record removed from the demographics file will be terminated.
When a demographics file is processed, the following rules are applied:
- If an employee exists in both the file and in Forma Admin, the information is updated
- If an employee exists in Forma Admin but not on the file, the employee’s Forma account(s) are terminated
- If an employee does not exist in Forma Admin but is included in the file, a Forma account is created for the employee
Forma Admin only terminates employee records when they are no longer in a demographics file. Employment termination dates can’t be used to remove employee records in Forma Admin.
