Your team can provide policy acknowledgment language to Forma for individual post-tax accounts. This language will be displayed to employees when they submit a claim for any account where the acknowledgment has been applied.
Here are some key notes on using the policy acknowledgment functionality:
- Policy acknowledgment language can be added to individual post-tax accounts, including those with manager approval enabled.
- For manager approval accounts, the acknowledgment will appear on both the pre-approval request form and the claim submission form. For additional details, refer to the related help article.
- The character limit is 1,250, though we recommend keeping the text as concise as possible for the best user experience.
- URLs can be included within the acknowledgment text.
- Only basic formatting, such as bullet points, is supported. Advanced formatting options like font sizing, are not currently available.
- Policy acknowledgments are currently supported in English only.
- At this time, policy acknowledgments must be configured by your Forma team.
- A link to your Program Policy will automatically appear at the bottom of the acknowledgment.
- For any account with a policy acknowledgment enabled, the following message will appear below the Submit button:
“By clicking Submit, you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of use.”
