Pre-tax Contributions File Error: CT017

Missing amount

Error Code: CT017

Error Message: Deposit Amount is missing

This error occurs when ‘Employee Deposit Amount’ and ‘Employer Deposit Amount’ values are missing from the file. The error only occurs when both fields are NULL.

In the above example, row 1 will be errored out as CT017 because both fields are NULL. The rest of the records will be processed. The system will accept 0 in both fields.

You can ignore this error if no contribution is needed, otherwise reload the record with the correct amount(s).
