Auto-deposit feature is on
Error Code: CT040
Error Message: Employee will receive contributions via the auto-deposit calendar.
If your plan is set up with auto-deposit, Forma prevents contributions from being processed through contribution files to avoid duplicates. The only exception is carryover funds.
You can use the ‘Manage Funds’ function in Forma Admin to manually add contributions if needed, or reach out to your Forma team to disable the auto-deposit feature before you attempt to load another contributions file.
If you see discrepancies between the auto-deposit amount and the actual contributions amount, double check the value in the ‘Pay Period Election’ field on the elections file and adjust accordingly to ensure the next auto-deposit is accurate.
