Attempt to correct a past election update due to QLE
Error Code: EN058
Error Message: A Qualifying Life Event (QLE) is already recorded
Forma only permits one Qualifying Life Event (QLE) per account for a given date. This error occurs when:
- An election you are trying to update has a QLE on record
- The QLE date is the same as the Account Start Date provided in the file
- The QLE Employee and/or Employer Election amount(s) are different than the amount provided in the file
Any of the above actions will flag an attempt to add a new QLE. Reach out to your Forma team if you need to correct QLE election details.
