Account type does not exist
Error Code: EN020
Error Message: Plan Start Date and Plan End Date do not match the plan setting in the system
Account Type can be FSA, LPFSA, DCFSA, HSA, Transit, Parking, Transit_PT, Parking_PT, or any alternative values listed in Appendix 2 of the File Specifications Document.
The Plan Year coincides with the commencement of the plan. If adhering to the calendar year, it aligns accordingly; however, for those following a fiscal year, such as from July 1st, 2026, to June 30th, 2027, the Plan Year would be 2026.
You may see this error because you do not have a plan set up in Forma. For example,
- You are trying to create an HSA for an employee but you do not have an HSA plan.
- You are trying to create a 2027 FSA for an employee but the plan has not been created by Forma.
- You've selected Transit_PT or Parking_PT as the Account Type, but employees aren't permitted to make post-tax contributions towards their commuter benefits.
If you believe a plan should be set up on Forma, but you can’t find it on Forma Admin > Benefit Accounts, reach out to your Forma team for assistance.
