Ineligible Transit or Parking enrollment
Error Code: EN016
Error Message: Employee is not eligible to enroll in Parking or Transit
Employees must be considered Commuter Eligible to enroll in Transit or Parking accounts. You may provide Commuter Eligible as an optional field in the Pre-tax Demographics File, if not provided, Forma will assume all employee records are eligible to enroll in commuter benefits.
If you see this error, it means either:
- The employee has not yet been sent on the Pre-tax Demographics File. If this is the case, please include the employee in the next demographics file.
- The employee has been included in the Pre-tax Demographics File but the Commuter Eligible field is set to FALSE explicitly. If this is the case, update the Commuter Eligible field to TRUE in the next demographics file.
